Chris is a singer-songwriter who studied pop, rock, and jazz music with a focus on vocals in Freiburg. Alongside pop vocals, he also teaches modern metal vocal techniques such as scream and fry. In addition, he teaches the basics of acoustic guitar (picking/strumming) and pop piano accompaniment. Chris also works with combining vocals and guitar or piano, supports students in writing lyrics in both German and English, and teaches the basics of the songwriting and production workflow using Logic Pro. In his teaching, he places special emphasis on creative, practical work. His stylistic focus areas include pop, rock, indie, metal, and singer-songwriter music.
